General Information
Ace Stringer provides professional tennis stringing and racket customisation services. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Ace Stringer. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Services
We offer: Tennis racket restringing. Racket customisation (e.g., grips, balance, weight adjustments). Advice on string and tension selection (non-binding recommendations). All services are subject to availability.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for stringing and customisation services are clearly listed on our website or provided on request. Payment must be made in full at the time of service collection or in advance, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and paypal.
Orders and Bookings
Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, email, or in person. You are responsible for providing accurate details about your racket, preferred string type, and desired tension/customisation. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible if work has already started.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking. Urgent services may be available at an additional charge. Ace Stringer is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, supply shortages).
Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure your racket is fit for restringing or customisation. We may refuse service if a racket is cracked, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable. Ace Stringer accepts no liability for breakage of strings due to pre-existing racket damage or inappropriate tension requests. Advice given by us is for guidance only; the final decision remains with the customer.
